George L. Duarte is the Broker/Owner of Wentworth Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of Horizon Financial Associates and Elite Real Estate Properties. He has had his Broker’s license since 1992, and in mortgage loan origination since 1986. He is a fully independent Realtor and Mortgage Broker, not affiliated with any larger companies.

George has also served on the Ca. Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). He is a Past President of CAMP (2013-2014), Board member, and served as the Chairman of the State Government Affairs Committee (GA) 2022-23.

George has also served on the Boards of several community organizations. He is a past Chairman of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (2009), Chairman of the Chamber Government Affairs Committee several times, and is currently on the GA Committee and Chamber’s Business for Good Government Pac Committee (BGG). He has also served on the Boards of Directors for the Tri-City League of Volunteers (LOV), currently serves as a Board Associate, and on the Board of Directors as Co-Chair of the Board of Drivers for Survivors 2017-2019.
